 A Sales Leader responsible for the oversight of Value Chain acquisition efforts, partnership development, and providing advanced grid solutions to the Electric, Water and Gas Industries.



Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Create Partnership Master Plan, oversee success metrics, tracking and reporting of partner efforts, and Partnership Master Plan Reporting and internal reporting and update.
  • Strategic planning, development and management of key partners, industry influencers.
  • Strategize and collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Marketing to align Partners Strategy with corporate strategy and goals.
  • Develop creative ways to partner with System Integrators and Consultants in order to maximize their involvement and influence.
  • Oversee development and effective use of partner communications/sales tools to maximize exposure within partner organization.
  • Create a Briefing Guide and schedule for major industry conferences/events, defining industries, companies and subjects to maximize sales efforts.
  • Strategically identify key high level targets and opportunities for partner relationships.
  • Actively use company systems to manage partners (
  • Lead and project manage large and simultaneous partners/consultants.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Conduct Annual Partner briefings.
  • Lead all onsite partnership relations and communications, ensuring excellent support and overall committed partner experience.
  • Train, mentor and manage the partner organizations.
  • Revise all partnership management presentations as necessary/required.


Desired Experience / Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years of business development or direct revenue generation experience, ideally with the Big 4 consultancy companies (IBM, E&Y, Cap Gemini and Accenture).
  • Strong knowledge of Utility Industry, Trade Conferences and Industry.
  • Strong client relationship management, sales and customer service skills, with the ability to inform and persuade people.
  • Ability to work cohesively with a sales team and also independently with strong initiative and proactive involvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and sales skills, able to deliver clear, concise information to partners, clients and sales team.
  • Strong work ethic and good moral judgment.


  • Master’s in Business Administration.


Physical Demand:

  • Minimum 60% travel via airplane and/or car.
